Refund policy

1. A 50% non-refundable deposit for all custom orders. The deposit is for the materials and my time. Custom orders are NON-REFUNDABLE and I do NOT accept returns. If your order has any issues due to an error on my behalf, please reach out to me and we can work on a solution.

2. If the customer cancels the order and materials have been purchased, the cost of the materials will be deducted and the remainder refunded. If the customer cancels the order and no materials have been purchased, a full refund will be issued. Any refunds will be via the original form of payment.
